Can I see my design before production?
Yes. After you place your order, send us your logo or text. We prepare a free digital proof and only start production once you approve it.
How long does my order take?
Production takes 2–4 business days after proof approval. Standard U.S. delivery takes another 3–7 business days after dispatch.
What materials do you use?
We use premium cast acrylic in 3mm, 6mm and 9mm thicknesses. Each design is laser cut for clean, polished edges.
What file should I send?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or PDF give the best result. A high-resolution PNG or JPG can also work. If you are unsure, send what you have and we will review it.
Is installation difficult?
No. Your sign includes the mounting materials selected for your order and an alignment template, making placement straightforward.
Can I return a custom sign?
Custom-made items cannot be returned because they are produced for your design. If your sign arrives damaged or has a production fault, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it free of charge.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?
Yes. Contact us for a quote on multi-location rollouts, franchises, event projects and reseller orders.
