Can I see my design before production?

Yes. After you place your order, send us your logo or text. We prepare a free digital proof and only start production once you approve it.

How long does my order take?

Production takes 2–4 business days after proof approval, plus 3–7 business days for shipping.

What materials do you use?

We use premium cast acrylic in 3mm, 6mm and 9mm thicknesses, laser-cut for clean, polished edges.

Is installation difficult?

No. Every sign ships with a mounting kit and an alignment template, so you can install it in minutes.

Can I return a custom sign?

Custom-made items can't be returned, but if your sign arrives damaged or has a production fault we replace it free of charge. Standard items can be returned within 14 days.

Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?
