By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the site or place an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and Custom Work

All signs are made to order from artwork or specifications you supply. Colours shown on screen may differ slightly from the finished product due to monitor calibration and the nature of acrylic and other materials. Dimensions are subject to a small manufacturing tolerance.

Before production begins we send you a digital design proof. Production starts only after you approve that proof, and the approved proof defines what we manufacture.

3. Your Artwork and Content

By uploading artwork, logos, text or other content, you confirm that you own the necessary rights or have permission to use it, and you grant us the right to reproduce it solely for the purpose of producing and shipping your order. You remain responsible for the content you submit. We may decline any order containing content that is unlawful, infringing, or that we reasonably consider offensive.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details. Your order is accepted once payment is authorised and we have sent you an order confirmation.

5. Errors and Order Acceptance

Occasionally information on our site may contain a typographical error or inaccuracy, including in product descriptions, pricing or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel an order placed on incorrect information, refunding you in full.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times stated on the site are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns and Refunds

Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged except where damaged or faulty. Please see our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site that is not supplied by you — including text, images, designs and the Bif Sign name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or loss of business. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bif Sign LLC from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from content you supply to us or from your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
