Custom-Made Items

Because every sign is produced to your design, custom items can't be returned or exchanged. If your sign arrives damaged or has a production fault, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will produce and ship a free replacement.

Standard Items

Non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at bifsignusa@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions within one business day.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge any time before you approve your design proof. Once production has started, custom orders can no longer be cancelled.
