Can I see the engraving before you cut it?
Yes, and you should. We lay out your name and title, send a digital proof, and only start engraving once you approve it. Engraving cannot be undone.
How long does my order take?
Engraving takes 2–4 business days after proof approval, plus 3–7 business days for shipping.
Can I add a company logo as well as a name?
Yes. Send us your logo by email after you order — a vector file (SVG, EPS or PDF) works best, and we can redraw a low-resolution logo at no charge. It appears on the digital proof before anything is engraved.
Is it a good gift for a promotion or a new job?
That is what most of these are bought for. Every set ships in a kraft gift box, and we can leave the price off the packing slip — just say so in the notes.
Can I return an engraved nameplate?
Engraved items are made for one person, so they cannot be returned. If yours arrives damaged or the engraving does not match the proof you approved, we replace it free of charge — contact us within 48 hours with photos.
