The product itself is good quality and the design was just what I was looking for. I took off one star because the template to use for the layout was difficult to use and caused some frustration. The paper itself is a waxy material that doesn't adhere to the wall with tape. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but the seller did communicate well whenever I had an inquiry

Can I return a custom sign?
Custom-made items can't be returned, but if your sign arrives damaged or has a production fault we replace it free of charge. Standard items can be returned within 14 days.
